Eleven Products for the Complete Infrastructure Lifecycle
Infrastructure teams face a fragmented tooling landscape. VM migration requires one vendor, disk conversion another, Kubernetes management a third, and GPU compute yet another. Each tool brings its own API surface, its own authentication model, and its own operational overhead.
Today we are announcing that the HyperSDK platform has grown to eleven products -- a complete infrastructure lifecycle from export through deployment, observation, and optimization.
The Complete Pipeline
Export and Convert. HyperSDK Platform and hyper2kvm Engine handle the heavy lifting of extracting VMs from vSphere, AWS, Azure, GCP, Hyper-V, and six other providers. hyper2kvm automates guest OS fixing -- VirtIO driver injection, bootloader repair, network reconfiguration -- so every VM boots on the first try. VMCraft adds format conversion across QCOW2, VMDK, VDI, and raw images.
Build and Deploy. VirtCraft provides 44 OS templates and multi-VM blueprints for KubeVirt. Orchestr8 handles deployment across Podman, Kubernetes, KubeVirt, and bare metal from a single manifest.
Manage and Observe. v9s brings the k9s experience to KubeVirt -- terminal UI and web dashboard for full VM lifecycle management. VirtSpawn does the same for libvirt environments. KubeVM Studio layers AI-driven automation and cost optimization on top of Kubernetes VMs. Cilium Flow provides eBPF-based network observability with ML-powered policy automation. VMSpawn rounds out management with 480+ API endpoints for systemd-vmspawn environments, exposed through five interfaces: CLI, TUI, Web UI, Kubernetes Operator, and Terraform Provider.
Inspect and Repair. GuestKit enables offline disk inspection and repair across QCOW2, VMDK, VDI, and more. AI-powered diagnostics identify boot failures, missing drivers, and configuration drift without ever starting the VM.
GPU Compute for AI. KubeFabric is our second new product: an enterprise GPU compute fabric built for AI/ML workloads. NVIDIA-native GPU orchestration with RDMA networking and parallel filesystem support, deployed on bare metal. It replaces the functionality teams currently cobble together from EKS, OpenShift AI, Databricks, and CoreWeave -- fully self-hosted and enterprise-ready.
One Platform, One API
Every product in the HyperSDK portfolio shares a common design philosophy: enterprise-grade security (RBAC, audit logging, SOC2 readiness), API-first architecture, and deployment flexibility across on-premises, edge, and cloud environments.
The eleven products map to the natural lifecycle of infrastructure operations:
- Export -- HyperSDK Platform, hyper2kvm Engine
- Convert -- VMCraft, GuestKit
- Build -- VirtCraft
- Deploy -- Orchestr8, VMSpawn
- Manage -- v9s, VirtSpawn, KubeVM Studio
- Observe -- Cilium Flow
- Compute -- KubeFabric
Teams adopt the products they need today and expand as their infrastructure evolves. No rip-and-replace required.
